Ages 1–2
From the first birthday to the third birthday, the daytime sleep and the evening routine blend into each other. The guides here help parents plan a familiar sequence and coordinate between the house and the setting.
You should check when and how much the toddler sleeps during the day before changing the bedtime. In guides that deal with several ages, choose the sections that refer to toddlers. Nap rules for adults are not a sleep plan for a toddler.
