From birth to the first birthday
In the first year, they start with the safety of the sleeping surface and the compatibility with the mattress. Here you will find information for parents and caregivers about a safe sleeping environment, suitable sheets and sleeping hours by age.
Within the first year there is a difference between the first months and the rest of infancy. The sleeping hours chart separates birth to 3 months and 4-12 months. These ranges are not a guideline to delay feeding, and advice on pillows, mattress toppers or adult bed equipment should not be copied to the baby.
